What is Safe Scan?
Safe Scan is a mobile phone app (Android Only) that is designed to help you quickly scan your consignment cupboards at your customer site using your current barcodes or QR Codes and send the restocking information to your internal person for quicker processing, removing the need to wait for your driver to return with the paper sheets

The subscription is £250 per device per year. This gives you unlimited customers per device and unlimited transmissions of data… How fair is that??
Data Security
Safe Stock has no access to the app or data being transmitted, once installed the app is a standalone piece of software that simply scans barcodes or QR codes and stores that data locally on the phone. Once the stored codes have been emailed the stored data is deleted
Description
How does it work?
Select your customer from a preloaded list that you create in the setting page
Scan the Barcode or QR Code on your bin or shelf within your consignment / managed cupboard
Enter the quantity you want to order and press “Continue” to move on to your next product or if finished scanning press “Proceed to Send” to email the list of scanned codes
Select your email program
The app will attach your file along with prepopulating the “To” address and the Subject Line as the customer’s name.
Simply Press Send!
Your internal person will receive a file with your product code and quantities required for inputting into your ERP System
